Research Instruments

The research instruments listed below were designed specifically for the EiE curriculum. Each of these instruments has been tested for validity and reliability. We also provide answer keys for each instrument.

These materials are available for you to use or adapt for your purposes; however, please cite Engineering is Elementary as the source of this content in any published material.

If you’re a teacher and would like to measure what your students have learned through their experience with EiE, we also provide student assessments. These are designed for both formative and summative evaluation of student progress.

This page will be continually updated as we develop and revise assessments.
