Raytheon Scholarship FAQs

There are a lot of parts to this application! What exactly do I need to submit?

You’re right, we ask for a number of documents—that’s because this is a very competitive scholarship and we review applicants’ qualifications carefully. You will need to submit:

  • Online application form
  • Administrator checklist, signed and uploaded with online application
  • Letter of recommendation, uploaded with online application

I filled out the online application and submitted the required documents, but I never got a confirmation email. Did you receive my application?

If you didn’t receive a confirmation email from us, we did NOT receive your application. This happens occasionally when an internet connection is slow or times out. We HIGHLY recommend that you save your application answers in a Word document, in case you need to re- submit your application.

I am unable to scan and upload my documents to the online application. What should I do?

You can fax them to us.

Our fax number is 617-589-4489. Send the fax ATTN: Max Siegel.

If you fax your documents, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your documents within 3 business days of their delivery. If you do not receive a confirmation email, then we did not receive your documents.

What’s the fax number for submitting my application documents?

The fax number is 617-589-4489. Please send your fax to ATTN: Max Siegel.

I can’t complete the online application in one sitting—I will need to add more info in another session. How do I do this?

Use the “save” option in the online application (located near the bottom of your screen). BE SURE TO ENTER YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS TO RECEIVE YOUR APPLICATION URL (OR RECORD THE URL SO YOU CAN RETURN TO IT.) NOTE: We cannot access your application until it is complete and submitted, so it’s critical that you note your URL if you want to return to your application for a second session.
